The staff was courteous and attentive.
I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 5 nights, and the experience was frustrating. The AC in my first room dripped water all night, and it took too long to get moved. The second room's AC didn’t work, leading to more uncomfortable nights. The key card failed multiple times, adding to the aggravation of a supposedly relaxing stay.

Exceptional stay with a fantastic view from the deluxe twin room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that brought the vibrant city right to our doorstep. The breakfast buffet offered homemade jams and was always accompanied by attentive staff. Although there were signs of refurbishment noise from certain areas, it didn’t detract from our relaxing experience, thanks to a great shower and comfortable bedding.
